The average full-time worker in Israel earns ₪209,735 a year before tax and takes home ₪164,783 after income tax and social security contributions (OECD, 2025, a single worker without children). Divided by 2,080 working hours, an hour of work pays ₪79.22.

Tesla's Israeli site lists ₪173,990 before import taxes such as purchase tax; with the ₪69,170 of them it adds, the car costs ₪243,160, before the ₪2,786 licence fee (₪245,946 in all).
